Fisher-Price LP Music Parade Ride-On Reviews

He was glued to this toy. What my son likes- 1.He loves the piano in the front of this truck. 2.The 'starter' which makes natural engine starting noise. 3.There is a horn, drum and bunch of other buttons in the truck which keeps him occupied. 4. He loves to walk the truck and use as a push toy. In fact, this improved his walking confidence (he used to walk 5-6 steps before getting this toy). What i like - 1.The different buttons this toy makes is not at all irritating. 2.Under the seat, there is some storage space available also. 3.The ride on is pretty sturdy and should last him till he turns 2 or so. I wish - It had brakes in ride on 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful Fun but loud!, By BGANDR (New York, USA) - See all my reviews = Durability: = Fun: = Educational: This review is from: Fisher-Price LP Music Parade Ride-On (Toy) This was a gift from Grandma for my 9 month old son. He loves it! There are many different ways to play with this toy and there are plenty of buttons and objects that make noises. There is storage under the seat which my son doesn't seem to care about now, but that will change, I'm sure.He likes to sit and play with the keyboard on the front and the horn on top. His feet don't quite touch the ground when he sits on it, but we push him around the house and he finds this oh so exciting. He also holds onto the back and walks with it. He is not walking by himself yet, so it sometimes moves too quickly for him. We just make sure to hold onto it to control the speed when he's pushing and walking with it. The songs and sounds are cute, but there is no volume control. The set volume is quite loud and after you hear the same song or note over and over and over again, it gets irritating. My husband and I find ourselves speaking up to hear each other over the... Read more 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful Daughter LOVES the Music Parade, By Ben C.A. Nettle (The Last Frontier) - See all my reviews = Durability: = Fun: = Educational: This review is from: Fisher-Price LP Music Parade Ride-On (Toy) We found this at a local store when we were specifically looking for a riding toy for our 13 month old. We looked at the other similar Fisher Price ride-ons, but this one has way more features for a few bucks more. The toy comes already assembled aside from the backrest (batteries were already installed too, ready to go). There are so many cool things for kids on this. The piano has two modes (notes + songs), the key makes ignition start noises, the throttle revs it, and there are a variety of musical instrument buttons that play little short songs. The seat lifts up so kids can put their favorite treasures inside, and it even has a great safety feature so they can't pinch their fingers when the lid closes (it shifts up near the hinge if something is caught between it to avoid squishing). The toy itself is lightweight so easy to move around, and the wheels give just enough resistance so it doesn't go flying out when our daughter starts pushing on it. Highly... Read more |
